So it's finally done! I can't remember when I started this dress because my now 8 month old baby is probably the most evil teether that ever lived and he won't sleep longer than 2 hour stretches. Maybe I started this yesterday, maybe directly following last Easter? Who knows. What matters is that it is a finished product and my 4 year old daughter is crazy about it. Ready?

It's ridiculously cute. I'm not even pretending to be humble. |
What Easter dress doesn't require an underskirt, collar and big flowy bow?! The flutter sleeves are two toned and there is a third black button between that collar, that's a promise. I didn't get to do a button tutorial because my children decided to argue about the song "the bear went over the mountain" on a child's portable piano endlessly and it required many starts and stops to redirect the frustration associated with deciding what exactly the bear saw (AND SMALL PEOPLE OF MY TRIBE: IT WAS THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN. SERIOUSLY!) Anyway, it was fun and easy and you should not be scared!

Two toned. Yeah, that's adorable. |
Gratuitous Easter egg shot. You're welcome. I also am making the boys bow ties, stay tuned, they coordinate and they are so super cute.
